Kanata Cooperative Homes Inc. is a vibrant community consisting of 86 units — 36 townhouses built in 1975 and 50 in an apartment building, built later on in 1995.

Our co-op is home to approximately 100 members who enjoy a supportive, inclusive environment with a mix of apartment-style living and spacious townhouses.

A key aspect of life at Kanata Co-op is the shared responsibility of members to volunteer their time, helping to keep operational costs down and maintain affordable housing for everyone. Through this collective effort, we strengthen our community and uphold the cooperative values of mutual support and collaboration.
