Each unit comes with 1 parking spot, additional spots are $20

• Townhouses: Members are responsible for the cost of gas, hydro, and hot water heater rental.
• Apartments: Members are responsible for hydro only. Units are heated by radiators at no extra cost to the members.

There is a one-time membership fee of $10 to be paid prior to moving in.

There is a membership deposit equal to the monthly market housing charge to be paid prior to moving in.
